Wildlife in Western Canada and Alaska!

This American Bald Eagle was found on a beach in Juneau after being shot with a 22 or birdshot. She was blinded in her left eye and part of her beak was damaged. She was rehabilitated and then released. She would only fly in circles, smash into trees and was unable to feed herself so she was captured so that she could be fed. She has been at the Mt roberts guest center ever since. The fine for shooting a bald eagle is $50,000 and possible jail time.
